Tech students to display work in Phoenix show
Two Louisiana Tech students from the School of Art will exhibit their work at a juried show from Oct. 1-29.
Graduate student Joli Livaudais Grisham, of Monroe, will exhibit her photograph, “Strange Fruit,” and Jennifer Martin, a junior from Ruston, will exhibit “No. 3 Untitled” in a juried show at the Tilt Gallery in Phoenix. The exhibition, “Fourth Annual Photography Re-Imagined Exhibition,” is comprised of alternative photographic processes.
Only 21 people across the nation were chosen to exhibit in this show.
The juror for the show will be Anna Strickland, a senior critic at the Rhode Island School of Design’s photography department. She holds graduate degrees from Tufts University and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, where she did original research in historical processes as part of her thesis.
