The literary magazine “The 2River View” Fall 2012 issue published two poems written by Louisiana Tech English instructor, April Honaker, titled “ode to belly” and “seeing hooks.” Honaker was selected as one of 10 poets to be published nationwide from approximately 300 submissions in one reading period. 2River.org is an online publication that publishes various poetry, art and theory and is recognized by Web del Sol, a collaboration of literary minds who look for top-ranking publications, as ranking in the top 50 American literary magazines.
